Qualification and Responsibilities
• Partnering with the CEO
• Financial and business strategy
• Evolving financial systems and control
• Financial management and information systems oversight
• Preferably some understanding of risk and compliance
• Direct the financial/accounting principles, policy, procedures, and practices in line with legal and corporate
Requirements
• Managing some external relationships
• Optimise forecasting and cash flow management.
• Change leadership
• Leadership of the Finance Team
• Investment management and capital allocation
• Business corporatisation - leading corporatisation programs
• Assist integrating new systems
• Key business negotiations
• Governance, compliance and risk management
Preferred Qualification
• 5+ years experience as a CFO or similar
• Relevant degree
• Advanced budgeting and forecasting and organisational skills
• Well developed communication and people skills
