Chief Financial Officer - Business Group
A mid-sized Indian Business group with interests in Hospitality, Real Estate, and a presence in both India and Europe is looking for a :
Position : CFO (to oversee all financial activities of the group)
Location: Delhi
Reports to: Owner Family
Salary: 20 - 24 Lakhs per annum
Qualification : CA
Role:
- Manage day to day banking and accounting of all India entities, personal accounts of the family.
- Keep updated MIS of all businesses.
Coordinating all compliance of taxes and any tax notices/cases with CA firm/Lawyers.
- Create investment strategy and deployment plan for family office capital
- Create investment memo for all planned investments with pre-determined exit strategy.
- Main focus to buy distress assets and turnaround 1-2-year horizon.
- Develop financial models (Best case, Normal case and worst-case scenarios).
- Create IM to exit assets
- Present to funds/buyers for assets along with management of the family office
- Search for deals through bankers, brokers, funds.
- Create new entities for purchasing assets.
- Salary structure some basic with a success fee payout
Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: CA
- Should have been good in academics overall
- Comfortable in a family-owned Indian Business Environment
- Good Communication Skills
- Have good knowledge in all areas of Finance
- Some years of exp in a Big4 would be a plus
Need not have been a CFO in the past but bright and sharp enough to handle that role.
Salary is Max 23-24 lakhs (should be ok with that
