Job Description
- Oversee and manage all financial activities and operations of the company.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective financial management and control.
- Provide strategic financial planning and forecasting to support business growth and profitability.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and financial statements to provide accurate and timely information to senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure to optimize financial resources and maximize returns.
- Identify and assess financial risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.
- Collaborate with other departments to evaluate and support investment decisions, cost optimization, and process improvement initiatives.
- Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations to ensure a high level of financial expertise and operational excellence.
- Establish and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and other external stakeholders to support financing and auditing activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, economic factors, and financial best practices to provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making.
