Key Responsibilities:
Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategy execution
GST, Income Tax, TDS compliance and statutory reporting (Ind AS)
Handling audits, regulatory compliance, and liaison with authorities
Manufacturing costing, inventory control, and margin analysis
Cash flow management, banking, and working capital optimization
MIS reporting, financial controls, and process improvements
Team leadership and cross-functional coordination
Key Requirements:
CA / CMA / MBA Finance (CA preferred)
7+ years of experience in a leadership role
Minimum 3+ years in cosmetic, personal care, or pharma manufacturing
Strong expertise in costing, taxation, and financial planning
Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Tally, etc.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹166,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
