Job Overview:
This role involves overseeing day-to-day accounting operations including sales and purchase entries.
Responsibilities include preparing and processing bills, invoices, and related financial documents. Banking transactions and reconciliations are also handled by the incumbent.
Additional responsibilities include ensuring proper accounting of taxation (GST, TDS, etc.), operating accounting software for data entry and report generation, maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, and assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Coordination with auditors and other departments may be required from time to time.
