Job Description
Chief Financial Officer for a fast growing business based out of Bharuch, Gujrat. Incumbent would be responsible for overall finance and accounts functions. CA with minimum 15 years of experience and expertise in facilitating business success and good commercial sense may respond to us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete responsibility of Finance Strategy for business
- Oversee Accounts and Finance function including treasury, audit etc
- Review and upgrade existing SOPs
- Relationship with Key stakeholders
- Annual budget and monitoring, MIS and decision support
- Manage audit ; both internal and external
