About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Operations Manager to join our growing business on a permanent, full-time basis.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and optimising finance systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting for all stakeholders.

This is a unique opportunity to combine business acumen with technology expertise to drive business solutions, providing insights through financial reporting and analysis.

As a leader, you will oversee and manage the finance systems, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.

You will lead and mentor a team of analysts to deliver high-quality financial reports, meeting business requirements and deadlines.

Your responsibility will include providing financial analysis and commercial advice to support management decision-making.

You will be responsible for ensuring smooth migration of data into centralised systems for enhanced reporting.

You will drive continuous improvement in finance processes, systems, and reporting tools.

You will also support business units with financial systems, providing user support and resolving any system-related issues.

About You:

Proven experience (10+ years) in finance, accounting, or business analysis with a strong understanding of ERP/Accounting packages.

Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and driving performance within a team.

Advanced proficiency in financial reporting tools, including Power BI, SSRS, SSAS, and SQL Server.

Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to provide data-driven insights for decision-making.

Strong communicator, capable of collaborating across departments and providing clear guidance on technical finance matters.

A proactive approach to problem-solving with a continuous improvement mindset, especially within finance systems and reporting processes.

Proven capabilities in the management of operations, people, and sales, and strong negotiation skills.
