Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide strategic leadership, overall management, and direction for OUR GROUP. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors to establish long-term goals, strategies, plans, and policies to ensure the company's profitability, growth, and sustainability across its three business verticals. Additionally, the CEO will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships with banks, NBFCs, FIs, HFCs, ARCs, and other relevant institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the company’s strategic plan.
• Identify new business opportunities and markets.
• Establish and maintain relationships with banks, NBFCs, FIs, HFCs, ARCs, and other institutions.
• Negotiate and secure partnerships for legal, recovery, security, estate-related services, and funding/loans.
• Oversee the company’s financial performance, investments, and other business ventures.
• Develop and manage annual budgets.
• Ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations.
• Implement operational best practices.
• Build and lead an effective and cohesive management team.
• Foster a culture that promotes ethical practices, customer focus, and service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and certification requirements.
• Identify and manage risks and implement risk management strategies.
• Communicate effectively with the Board of Directors, employees, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on company performance and strategic initiatives.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Achieving revenue targets and profit margins.
• Number of new strategic partnerships established.
• Revenue generated from partnerships.
• Customer retention rate and satisfaction ratings.
• Employee satisfaction and engagement scores.
• Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in SBI or any other Bank.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent strategic planning and business development abilities.
• Experience in financial management and budgeting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• MBA or advanced degree in business or a related field is preferred.
