Key Hotel Operations Leader

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic professional to support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of hotel operations.

• Oversee daily hotel operations and provide operational guidance to the General Manager on all matters.

• Assign tasks to Department Heads (DHS) and monitor their performance to ensure compliance with hotel policies and standard operating procedures.

• Act as the hotel's Public Relations representative to promote the property within the hospitality industry, local community, and trade associations.

This leadership role is pivotal in maintaining high service standards, enhancing guest satisfaction, and driving operational success while aligning with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate must have minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within hotel operations and be able to work flexible night shifts, Monday through Saturday.

Responsibilities include ensuring full compliance with all operational controls, SOPs, policies, and service standards. The successful candidate will also be expected to maintain accurate records and assist the General Manager in addressing key property issues.
