Hotel Safety Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Hotel Safety Manager to oversee the safety and security of our hotel, ensuring the well-being of guests, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing security personnel and implementing effective safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

1. Direct and coordinate the activities of all security personnel to ensure they provide exceptional service and maintain a safe environment.
2. Monitor and report any risks or untoward incidents to management, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
3. Track departmental safety records and document medically treated and non-treated injuries, promoting a culture of transparency and accountability.
4. Liaise with department heads to ensure employees adhere to established security procedures and best practices, fostering a collaborative work environment.
5. Assign duties and schedule staff to balance hotel needs and productivity standards, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
6. Monitor staff activity, coach subordinate performance, and watch for suspicious persons on hotel premises, upholding the highest standards of security and integrity.
