Role Summary:
- End to end management of learning initiatives for Tech & Digital business Org
- Experience in anchoring up-skilling initiatives focused on Tech skills
- Design programs and learning initiatives/interventions to achieve business goals and solve business problems - Tech & behavioral
- Partner with the L&D ecosystem to design leadership development programs
- Act as an L&D partner to the business to constantly engage them through learning initiatives
- Should have good understanding of the tech skills
- Stakeholder management - collaborate with the HR business partners, business Spocs and training leads to provide integrated and aligned learning solutions
- Oversee smooth functioning of the Vendor management Process
- Ensure to provide relevant & accurate reports as required by the Organization Learning Team
