Location- Gurgaon (Haryana)
Education- B.Tech / B.E- Mech / Electrical/ E&E/EEE/ Civil
Years of Exp- 7 to 15 years
Reporting- Head Mechanization
Role Summary: Technology Scouting for modern practices we can execute in Transmission projects which entails Construction of transmission lines, sub-stations, with increase in productivity & reduction of man-power. Experience must be in transmission line.
KRA -
• Identify potential technologies in transmission line & substation construction for increasing construction efficiency & conduct the feasibility.
• Assess the technical and economic feasibility of new technologies for large-scale deployment.
• Engage with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders to discover disruptive technologies.
• Monitor global trends in transmission line construction, including innovations in tower design, conductor materials, foundation techniques etc.
• Track advancements in AI/ML for predictive maintenance, automation, robotics, and digital twin technologies relevant to power infrastructure.
• Stay updated on industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies affecting transmission technology adoption.
