This Role Encompasses Following Key Delivery Areas • Annual Manpower planning for the entire Organisation • Work closely along with HODs to understand their respective Talent challenges, create Talent pipeline as per future predictions and projections • Advisory to key Management on Talent requirement with insight into market intelligence • Extrapolate and envision future Skill set requirement for the Org to create an edge over competitors • Keep abreast of C&B trends of market t large. Advisory for Comp revision to C&B teams • Pioneer and advise L& D interventions to grown Capabilities for future challenges • Be a source of Talent Supply Line for the entire Org • Devise, pioneer and facilitate Psychometric and Talent Assessment in the Organization to identify and develop talent within the organization • Devise Career charts to facilitate and enable Career growth path at different levels • Optimizing Talent pipelines for different requirement within organsiation and affect transfers for Optimum utilization of talent while giving them gainful career growth JD would be in commensuration with yrs of experience and expertise Other Specifications • Experience required - 12 - 15 yrs • MBA from SIBM, SCMHRD, MDI, IMI, IMT, Fore, TAPMI, MET, Wellingkers, Sydneham, Somaiyas etc • Preferably from Financial Services & Banks, however open to evaluate candidates from FMCG, Pharma, Insurance • Process driven & objective individual • Current Salary should be around 30-35 LPA (ref:iimjobs.com
