Compliance - Team Supervisor (Consumer Bank products and services)
Job Role :
1. Team Leader Compliance - Consumer Bank products and services
2. To apprise the Senior members of the Compliance and Consumer Bank team of on regulations, rules and clarifications
3. To provide clarification on any compliance related issues.
4. To conduct assessment of the compliance risk (at least once a year) and to develop a risk-oriented activity plan for compliance assessment.
5. To report promptly to the Compliance Senior Leadership any major changes / observations relating to the compliance risk for new and existing products and processes.
6. To periodically report on compliance failures/breaches.
7. To co-ordinate with the business team to get the necessary information as required by the Supervisory team and ensure compliance of Supervisory observations made by RBI
8. To review and give clearance to various processes
+. Coordination with various internal teams
Required Skill Set :
1. Understanding of various regulatory (RBI, NPCI, SEBI etc.) circulars and requirements also IT and Digital application of various business.
2. Experience of working with various retail products and services
3. Strong interpersonal, management and presentation skills
4. Strong analytical and solution oriented bent of mind
5. Team player
6. Good communication skills ( both written and verbal
