Responsibilities:
• Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Identify market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to create effective strategies that drive market penetration and revenue growth.
• Brand Management: Define and strengthen the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints. Develop brand positioning strategies and oversee the creation of compelling brand messaging and visuals.
• Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and identify innovative ways to leverage digital channels for maximum brand exposure and lead generation.
• Market Research: Collaborate with the market research team to identify industry trends, client preferences, and competitive intelligence. Utilize market research insights to inform marketing strategies, target specific client segments, and drive thought leadership initiatives.
• Marketing Communications: Oversee the development and implementation of integrated marketing communication plans. Ensure consistent and compelling messaging across various marketing collaterals, website content, thought leadership articles, press releases, and other communication materials.
• Client Relationship Management: Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with client acquisition and retention strategies. Develop effective marketing campaigns and materials to support business development activities and enhance client engagement.
• Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Set clear goals, mentor team members, and facilitate their professional growth. Effectively manage internal and external resources, including agencies and vendors, to optimize marketing outcomes.
• Measurement and Analysis: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree would be advantageous.
• Proven experience as a Chief Marketing Officer or in a senior marketing leadership role within the management consulting or market research industry.
• In-depth understanding of marketing principles, market research methodologies, and emerging marketing trends in the consulting industry.
• Strong track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies, with a focus on driving revenue growth and enhancing brand visibility.
• Expertise in digital marketing techniques and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and marketing automation.
