Responsibilities
Our marketing team’s objective is to attract, nurture, qualify and convert leads by building brand awareness and demonstrating thought leadership with our target audiences
Data-Driven Decision Making : The ability to leverage data analytics and insights to drive marketing strategies will be essential
This includes not only understanding customer behavior but also predicting trends and optimizing campaigns in real-time
AI and Automation : Proficiency in leveraging AI-driven tools and marketing automation platforms to personalize customer experiences, streamline operations, and improve ROI
Customer-Centric Approach : Deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and journey mapping to deliver targeted and personalized marketing strategies
This includes a strong emphasis on customer experience (CX) throughout the buyer's journey
Content Strategy : A nuanced approach to content marketing that focuses on thought leadership, educational content, and storytelling that resonates with B2B decision-makers
Omni-channel Marketing : Integration and optimization of marketing efforts across multiple channels (digital, social, advertising, etc.)
to ensure consistent messaging and maximum reach
This includes embracing new channels and platforms as they emerge
Partnership and Collaboration : Building strong relationships with business development, professional leaders, and management team to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and improve lead quality and conversion rates

We’re seeking an experienced marketing leader for Kaufman Rossin, one of the top 50 CPA and advisory firms in the U.S. and an award-winning Best Place to Work.

Currently #48 on the IPA list of top accounting firms, we intend to grow significantly over the next 3-5 years, without acquisitions or private equity investments. To that end, we are seeking a marketing leader for our next phase who has experience in a marketing leadership role in a top-tier firm. If you’ve been CMO of a top CPA, consulting or technology firm, or second in command with readiness to take the top position, you may be the right leader for us.

Our marketing team’s objective is to attract, nurture, qualify and convert leads by building brand awareness and demonstrating thought leadership with our target audiences. Our robust marketing program is built on a core of content and brand differentiation, using leading edge marketing automation platforms to distribute thought leadership to targets, and business intelligence tools to measure our results.

How You’ll Contribute:

You’ll lead your team through:
