We are delighted to be assisting a key strategic partner with the recruitment of a new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for a leading FMCG company based in London.
Role Summary:
As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will lead the marketing strategy and execution, driving brand growth and market share across all key segments. You will oversee a diverse team and work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure that the company’s marketing efforts align with business objectives.
Key Roles:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand recognition and revenue growth.
• Lead the marketing team, ensuring effective execution of campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Collaborate with product development, sales, and finance teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns that deliver measurable results.
• Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Oversee brand development, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning in the marketplace.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £110,000.00 per year
