We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to oversee the company’s overall marketing and advertising strategy
This role will be worked on-site out of the firm's Miami office
Developing Marketing Strategies:
Create tailored marketing campaigns for each practice area, emphasizing the firm's expertise in property damage, personal injury, nursing home negligence, medical malpractice, and immigration
Brand Building and Reputation Management:
Enhance and maintain the firm’s reputation through thought leadership, client testimonials, case victories, and a robust digital presence
Lead community-focused initiatives, sponsorships, and public service campaigns relevant to the firm’s practice areas
Collaborate with the firm’s marketing agencies to optimize the website and content for search engines
Ad Budget Management and Market Expansion:
Effectively manage the advertising budget to align with the firm’s growth strategies
Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:
Develop innovative strategies to attract potential clients across multiple channels
Client Retention and Referral Programs:
Design programs aimed at retaining clients and fostering referrals
Collaborating with Leadership:
Work closely with the firm’s leadership team to align marketing initiatives with the firm's strategic vision
Tracking and Analyzing Performance:
Measure marketing ROI and acquisition costs, ensuring the success of campaigns through continuous data analysis
Develop and implement a communication plan to address any negative press
