Roles and Responsibilities
Being our paramount responsibility, Trident Group embraces the Chief Marketing Officer who shall develop and execute effective marketing strategies to drive business growth, enhance brand awareness, maximize sales opportunities and will lead a team of marketing professionals to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives and maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
Strategic Planning- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business goals. Conduct market research, analyze consumer trends, and identify new market opportunities. Define target customer segments and develop marketing plans to reach and engage them effectively.
Brand Management- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials. Monitor brand perception and implement strategies to enhance brand reputation and equity.
Digital Marketing- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website development, search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns. Stay updated with digital marketing trends and implement innovative strategies to increase online presence and drive customer engagement.
Marketing Communication- Manage public relations activities, including press releases, media relations, and industry events. Ensure clear and consistent communication of key messages to internal and external stakeholders.
Product Marketing- Collaborate with product development teams to understand product offerings and unique selling points. Develop effective product positioning and messaging strategies. Create marketing collateral, including brochures, catalogs, and presentations, to showcase the organization's products.
Required Skills & Qualifications -
⦁ Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
⦁ Proven experience as a senior marketing professional, preferably in the textile or manufacturing industry.
⦁ In-depth knowledge of digital marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
⦁ Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and technologies.
⦁ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
⦁ Creativity and innovation in developing marketing/digital marketing campaigns and strategies.
