Qualifications
• GNM,B.sc Nursing, Msc nursing
• Oversee nursing services and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations.
• Lead mentor, and mange the nursing team effectively
• Develop and implement comprehensive nursing policies and procedures
• Collaborate with medical staff to enhance the quality of patient care
• Monitor and evaluate patient care quality initiating improvements as necessary
