Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate chief nursing officer(CNO) to lead our nursing department. The CNO will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of patient care ,overseeing nursing operations, and managing a team of nurses across multiple departments. The ideal candidates will possess exceptional leadership skill,a deep passion for patient care and proven ability to drive continuous improvement in nursing services

Qualifications

• GNM,B.sc Nursing, Msc nursing

• Oversee nursing services and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations.

• Lead mentor, and mange the nursing team effectively

• Develop and implement comprehensive nursing policies and procedures

• Collaborate with medical staff to enhance the quality of patient care

• Monitor and evaluate patient care quality initiating improvements as necessary
