Our client is an entrepreneur at the intersection of traditional wellness and modern systems, building meaningful projects in education, healing, and community transformation. They're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly capable Executive Assistant to serve as a right-hand partner across operations, grants, content development, and course creation.
This is a multi-faceted, full-time role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, visionary environments and is confident working independently across grant management, AI-assisted research, business systems, course launches, and community engagement.

What You'll Do
Grant & Funding Operations (40%)
Build and manage a funder CRM system to track applications, reports, and communications
Draft grant applications and reports using AI tools and templates
Research potential funders and maintain a pipeline of grant opportunities
Ensure compliance and follow-up reporting for all active grants
Maintain timelines and submission calendars
General Business Operations (10%)
Set up efficient internal workflows and systems (e.g., Zapier, automation tools)
Manage inbox and calendars, coordinate internal project timelines and meetings
Handle light bookkeeping and business expense tracking
Provide general administrative support and digital organization
Maintain and update simple websites or landing pages
Course Development & Launch Support (30%)
Conduct AI-supported research for quizzes, case studies, and course content
Format slides, worksheets, and PDFs using Canva and Google Suite
Upload and manage course materials on LMS platforms (e.g., Teachable, Thinkific)
Support course launch timelines, email campaigns, and onboarding communications
Coordinate logistics for student support, reminders, and engagement
Community & Marketing Support (20%)
Draft and manage email sequences, outreach messages, and marketing comms
Moderate WhatsApp groups and manage community engagement
Support social content creation, content calendar management, and light editing
Prepare brand-aligned visuals and documents for external communication
Coordinate Zoom calls or live course sessions and follow-up messages
Who You Are
At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a startup or high-growth environment
Strong written English communication and attention to detail
Proficient with tools like Canva, Notion, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms
Experienced in grant writing, content formatting, and basic design
Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to support research and content
Capable of managing projects independently, prioritizing well, and taking initiative
Familiarity with course creation platforms and light tech troubleshooting
Bonus: Passion for or knowledge of Ayurveda, wellness, or traditional healing systems
Preferred Nice-to-Have Skills
Content marketing, email marketing, or community engagement experience
Cultural familiarity with South Asian wellness traditions
Social media and content calendar management
Experience in non-profit operations or reporting
Visual storytelling or branding support
