What you will be doing
Orchestrate high-impact meetings and strategic discussions by managing the CEO's calendar and ensuring all participants are aligned with clear, purposeful agendas Drive talent acquisition and HR initiatives through strategic headcount planning and creating seamless onboarding experiences Lead the charge in process optimization, identifying and implementing innovative solutions to enhance cross-functional team efficiency
What you will NOT be doing
Getting stuck in the mundane cycle of maintaining status quo operations - we're all about continuous improvement Acting as a traditional team manager or task dispatcher - your focus is on strategic optimization, not direct supervision
Key Responsibilities
Spearhead organizational effectiveness initiatives by optimizing workflows, enhancing productivity systems, and ensuring strategic alignment of talent acquisition with company goals Serve as the CEO's operational cornerstone, streamlining administrative processes and meeting management to maximize executive effectiveness
Candidate Requirements
A proven track record of 5+ years in professional environments where excellence isn't just a goal - it's a standard Battle-tested experience in consulting or executive support roles, with a keen eye for optimization Demonstrated mastery of cutting-edge GenAI tools like ChatGPT or Perplexity, and the ability to leverage them for operational excellence
