This specific role will be responsible for working cross functionally across all departments to streamline processes and procedures to ensure overall success within the organization. This team member will implement and ensure that initiatives are met within the organization and metrics for these are tracked according to company policy and procedures.
Primary Responsibilities
• Support the Senior Vice President of Operations in driving operational excellence and efficiency across the organization
• Manage the ongoing operations of the ChartRequestOS, our internal system for managing day to day, quarterly, and annual operational functions.
• Manage and lead existing scorecards and system dashboards to measure, monitor, and improve key workflows, processes, and KPIs (Google Sheets, Jira, Hubspot, Xero and other systems)
• Own the recurring people operations calendar and deliverables, including annual and quarterly performance reviews and compensation evaluations.
• Cross-functionally support and assist Sales, Marketing, Product/Development alongside the Executive Leadership Team (ELT)
• Provide support to create, review, manage, distribute, and measure all internal communications related to policy, process, workflow, and business changes to ensure that all key communications are properly and consistently cascaded across the organization with a plan for post-communication measurement and monitoring;
Required Qualifications & Experience
• 4-year Bachelor’s degree (Required)
• 2+ years of project management experience (PMP Certification Preferred)
• 4+ years of experience in operational roles (SaaS experience a Bonus)
• 1+ years of direct & cross-functional leadership and management experience
• Experience with EOS, LVL10 Meetings, and Rock Setting (Preferred)
• Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work
• Exceptional written and verbal skills
• Highly organized with strong cross functional collaboration skills
