Provide oversight on overall activities of IBU and ensure activities carried out in IBU is in compliance with the approved policies (MNCBank and IFSCA)
- Ensure all internal policies are up to date and ensure modification/updation and take up for approval as per defined process
- Provide inputs to Governing Body on any gaps or shortcomings observed in the policies/frameworks
