Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the organization. Your primary goal will be to increase our organization's productivity, efficiency, and profitability. You will advise the CEO on key operational insights as well as provide coaching to employees.
Responsibilities
• Produce annual operation forecasting report and strategy
• Oversee and evaluate day-to-day operations
• Identify new market opportunities to accelerate growth
• Present operational strategy recommendations to the CEO based on your market research
• Create a robust governance strategy in line with DBIL risk appetite and growth ambition – Monitor, and ensure compliance to DBIL Policy Standards and Guide
• Work closely with the business managers and credit risk, collections to ensure the timely creation of the annual budgets ( Expense budget, Headcount, Provisioning, etc) and close tracking of the same through periodic reviews.
• Create a robust Business intelligence, MIS, and reporting structure that allows for close monitoring of the asset business and helps in making both tactical and strategic decisions.
• Liaise with various partners like L&C, Audit, Technology, Operations, and Finance as required for the smooth functioning of the Consumer Credit Unit.
