Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, young, and passionate individual to join our founding team as Chief Operating Officer (COO). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and passionate about gaming industry, technology, and operations, with strong leadership qualities, excellent team management skills, scaling startups, revenue generation, and forming strategic partnerships. This role requires someone with a growth mindset and the ability to drive our company’s mission forward.
Key Details :
Duration: Full-time or part-time,
Location : Remote
No salary or equity during the 3-month probation period.
After the probation period, if you fit well with the team dynamics and perform well, shares will be issued.
There is an option to invest in the company for additional shares.
After the probation period, if you are a good fit, transitioning to a full-time role is mandatory.

• Ensure company policies and procedures align with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in internal audits to validate compliance and operational integrity.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all operational activities.
8. Qualifications:
• Current/Completed MBA from a top-tier business school preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, marketing, or partnerships within the gaming industry.
• Strong understanding of the gaming industry, technology, and market trends.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Excellent strategic planning and organizational skills.
