Chief Operations Officer

We are currently seeking a senior finance leader to join our management team and drive strategic financial planning and corporate management functions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a comparable or larger entity, with experience in financial management, staff leadership, and Board reporting. They will be responsible for leading the corporate services portfolio, including IT, HRM, and property management, and will play a key leadership role in ensuring financial sustainability and excellence in reporting, budgeting, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build effective relationships with stakeholders. They will also possess a deep understanding of financial management principles and practices, as well as experience in preparing Board Reports. In addition, they will be a strong leader, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
