Job Description
Position: Chief Product Officer (CPO)
Time commitment: 10 hrs/week
Compensation: voluntary position
Develop high quality strategies and plans, ensuring the execution of short-term and long-term goals
Lead and motivate a team to enhance engagement and the sense of belonging in every volunteer.
Oversee all the operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results, which need to be consistent with the overall strategy and mission
Make sure resources are used effectively and efficiently
Build trust among key stakeholders,
Maintain deep knowledge of the market and current trends, as well as identify possible opportunities for improvement or growth
Recruit and Train, guide and mentor Campus Ambassadors
Organize Webinars for target audience
Collaborate with other external stakeholders
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the C-Level Suite or any other executive leadership position
- Results-oriented profile
