Role Description
This is a full-time, Equity based hybrid role for a Chief Sales Officer/Cofounder at HELPY_MOTO. The Chief Sales Officer will be responsible for the daily sales operations, sales management, training, and team management. The role will primarily be located in our New Delhi headquarters, but includes flexibility to work from home.
Job Description: Chief Sales Officer/Co-Founder
The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding and knowledge of the automobile service and tools & equipment of automobiles, with a focus on sales and marketing strategies. This is an equity-based position, and the candidate will work closely with the co-founders to grow and expand the business.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in the automobile service and tools & equipment of automobiles.
• Identify and target potential customers and clients to increase sales and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and clients.
• Collaborate with the co-founders to develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Lead, motivate and manage a sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
• Work with the co-founders to establish and manage budgets and expenses related to sales and marketing.
• Provide regular updates on sales performance and market trends to the co-founders.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales and marketing in the construction and real estate industry.
• Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge and experience of the construction and real estate industry in the Delhi region.
• Familiarity with the latest sales and marketing technologies and tools.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• 10+ year of expereince in sales industry in automobile services
