As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable back-end systems using MySQL/PostgreSQL and developing fast, responsive front-ends with pixel-perfect execution using Node.js, Next.js, and React.js. You will also collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to ideate, build, and ship high-impact features. Additionally, you will own full-stack development, troubleshoot and resolve live deployment issues with the operations team, contribute to documentation, internal tools, and process improvement, and support and scale generative AI-powered tools and platforms.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a product/startup environment, strong hands-on expertise in Node.js, Next.js, React.js, solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), proficiency in JavaScript, modern HTTP/REST APIs, and version control systems like Git, comfortable working with HTML, CSS, and front-end best practices, and bonus familiarity with Python or an interest in AI-powered systems. Strong communication and collaboration skills are also required.
