Job Description
• We are looking to expand our strategic leadership team by hiring a Chief Strategy Officer.
• The CSO will provide insight and direction, create and lead investment and acquisition function, complete all fund transactions, and effectively maintain portfolio development for our company.
Responsibilities
• Own the Inorganic growth strategy of the company.
• Lead investment and MA strategy by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze market dynamics, market share changes, product line performance, etc to define a growth strategy for the company.
• Develop an inclusive strategic plan and strategy by collaborating with the leadership team, board, and executive.
• Create well-defined frameworks both for fundraise and MAs.
• Lead the company to IPO in the next 4 years.
• Guide and lead the finance department of the company.
Requirements
• Prior experience in closing investments and acquisitions for other organizations
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent understanding of Financial Management and Accounting principles
• MBA/BTech from Tier I college
• Total experience of more than 15 years and 5+ years of relevant experience
