Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Experience: 8+ years of experience in HR, with a proven track record of success
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions Strong organizational and time management skills
• Certifications: SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR certifications a plus
