Role Description
As the Chief Technology Officer at JITSU, you will lead the technology department and drive the company's technology strategy. This is a full-time, hybrid role, with the position located in New Delhi but with flexibility for remote work. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing the development, design, and implementation of new software products or features, ensuring the efficient operation of the IT department, and evaluating new technology that can benefit the company.
Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and IT leadership roles
• Proven ability to lead a team that delivers complex, high-quality software projects on time in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Demonstrated experience creating and implementing a technology strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives revenue growth
• Experience with managing budgets and vendor relationships
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams and presenting to executive leadership
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• Experience with cloud-based technologies and services such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or similar
• Experience with developing and implementing technology frameworks and solutions for high-volume transactional systems
• Experience with agile software development principles and DevOps practices such as infrastructure as code (IaC), continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and automated testing
• Experience with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence is a plus
