About Us
We’re building an enterprise-grade, AI-powered agentic platform for the recruitment industry—designed to transform how organizations source and hire top talent using AI Scouts and intelligent agents. We're seeking a technical Co-Founder (CTO) to lead the development journey and define the product’s technical vision and architecture from the ground up.
What You'll Own
• Technology Strategy: Define and execute the technical roadmap, architecture, and infrastructure for a scalable, secure, and high-performing platform.
• Product Development: Lead hands-on development of the core platform (web or mobile app) including AI agent integration, workflow automation, and data interaction layers.
• AI & Agentic Systems: Architect and implement LLM-based agentic features using tools like LangChain, OpenAI APIs, RAG pipelines, and vector databases.
• Team Building: Hire, manage, and mentor a high-performing engineering team (frontend, backend, ML, DevOps).
• Data Engineering: Design systems to handle large datasets, including data pipelines, analytics, and secure storage solutions.
• DevOps & Scalability: Oversee CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and cost-optimised deployments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Must-Have Experience
• Proven experience building and scaling enterprise-level web or mobile apps (preferably from 0 to 1)
• Strong skills in Python/Django or Node.js, and modern JS frameworks (React/Vue)
• Deep experience with LLM integration, AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex), and vector DBs (Pinecone, FAISS, etc.)
• Solid understanding of database architecture, distributed systems, and API-first product development
• Past experience in leading or managing engineering teams
• Experience working in or co-founding an early-stage startup (preferred but not mandatory)
Nice to Have
• Experience with multi-agent orchestration platforms (AutoGen, CrewAI, AutoGPT)
• Exposure to SaaS security, compliance, and data governance
• MLOps and deployment of AI models in production
