Job Description: We are looking for a visionary and strategic CTO with extensive experience in React.js, Node.js, JavaScript, AWS, Testing, Databases, Problem Solving, and Algorithm Development. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical leadership and vision to drive the company’s technological strategy.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of scalable and robust applications using React.js, Node.js, and JavaScript.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS to ensure reliability, scalability, and security.
• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of databases ensuring high performance and availability.
• Establish and enforce testing standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
• Solve complex technical problems and provide algorithmic solutions to enhance product performance and capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and achieve strategic goals.
• Mentor and develop a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar leadership role.
• Extensive hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, JavaScript, and AWS.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and database management.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and develop efficient algorithms.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and ability to align technology with business goals.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with additional programming languages and frameworks.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with machine learning and AI technologies.
