Join us for an exciting opportunity! We're offering temporary full-time and part-time positions for Diploma qualified Child Care educators. You'll be part of our not-for-profit Child Care Services, known for exceeding or meeting national quality education standards.
If you have previous centre-based experience, you're in an excellent position to implement curriculum for children aged 0 to 12 years. Take the next step in your career with us and make a positive impact on young lives!
Roles available encompass Long Day Care, Pre-School, Vacation Care and Before and After School Care settings in the following locations:
Werrington - 16 hours/wk (Perm)
Werrington - 38 hours/wk (Temp)
Erskine Park- 16 hours/wk (temp: Thursday & Friday)
Rotational - 38 hours/wk (temp)
Rotational - 38 hours/wk (perm)
There may be opportunity in the future for these positions to become permanent
Your day will involve
Supporting our dedicated educational leaders in coordinating activities and programs to create a stimulating learning environment for our developing children
Assist in implementing programming tailored to children aged 0 to 12 years
Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families and the broader community
Maintain records and documents related to children’s attendance, behaviour, and developmental milestones
What are we looking for
Experience and passion for working with children, creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent
Working with children check (WWC)
Current First Aid Certificate with Asthma and Anaphylaxis and CPR (HLTAID004 / HLTA012)
Ability to follow safeguarding priorities
Team player, contributing and upholding organisational values
Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks to get things done efficiently
