We are seeking a Child Development Coach to join our team at Talentbay Healthcare. In this role, you will work collaboratively with families to assess needs and develop tailored intervention plans assisting them in implementing strategies and accessing resources.
You will utilise a coaching approach with families and collaborate with members of the team, comprising Early Childhood Education Specialists, Dietitians, Physiotherapists, Psychologists, Speech Pathologists and Allied Health Assistants to support your individual consumer caseload.
