About the Role:
We are currently seeking a qualified Level 2 or 3 Child Care Worker to join our early learning team. You'll play a vital role in the daily care and education of children, supporting their growth through structured activities, play, and positive interactions.
Your Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and implementing educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Support children's individual developmental needs
Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment
Maintain accurate records of children’s learning and development
Build strong, positive relationships with families, children, and team members
Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
Requirements:
Certificate III (Level 2) or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (Level 3)
Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
First Aid, CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain
A warm, caring, and professional approach
