As an Assistant Educator, you’ll help shape vibrant, safe, and engaging learning environments where children feel welcomed and inspired. You’ll build strong, supportive relationships with children, families, and your team, contributing to a positive and collaborative workplace.
As a Lead Educator, you’ll guide and mentor your team to create a calm, nurturing space where our young learners feel safe, supported, and curious. Working closely with the Leadership Team, you’ll help shape meaningful routines and experiences that foster each child's development—while documenting their learning and milestones with love and care, all within a compliant and responsive environment.

What you’ll need:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
Proven Room Leader experience is a long-hour learning centres
Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Play-based Child-led pedagogy
Current Working with Children Check
Excellent communication & leadership skills
Experience with Storypark is a bonus
First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
