Minimum Qualifications
• Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited educational program.
• Active GA state license or ability to obtain state licensure prior to start of assignment.
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross preferred. (Preferred)
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting required.
• Experience treating medically complex or high-acuity patients preferred due to facility pace.
• Ability to follow established physical therapy plans of care and document per facility requirements.

• Shift name: Days.
• Shift details: 5 days per week.
• Facility pace: Very high pace; expectation to manage multiple patients and productivity standards.
