Job Title: Womenswear Graphic Designer
Location: Leicester
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum
Hours of Work: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

We are seeking a talented Womenswear Graphic Designer to join our client's creative team in Leicester. This fast-paced role offers the opportunity to work with a leading fast-fashion supplier that collaborates with major UK high-street retailers, global event companies, and music labels.
Duties of a Womenswear Graphic Designer
• Create original and engaging designs in line with client briefs and creative guidelines.
• Prepare detailed tech packs and ensure accurate communication with production teams.
• Collaborate with merchandising, production, and sales departments to streamline processes.
• Research emerging fashion trends to stay ahead of the market.
• Support cross-category design projects, including menswear, as required.
• Build strong professional relationships with internal stakeholders and external license holders.
Requirements for a Womenswear Graphic Designer
• At least 2-3 years of experience in womenswear graphic design within a supplier or retail setting.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
The ideal candidate will also possess:
• Experience with DTG printing and placement print design.
• Up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends and market demands.
• A collaborative attitude and enthusiasm for working on diverse design projects.
