Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chinese Chef located in Yercaud. The Chinese Chef will be responsible for preparing authentic Chinese cuisine, supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety, managing inventory, and creating new dishes to delight guests.
Qualifications
• Extensive knowledge and experience in Chinese cuisine
• Proficiency in food preparation techniques and cooking methods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Experience in menu planning and cost control is a plus
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification
