Key Responsibilities:
Menu Planning and Development:
Collaborate with the management team to create and update the Chinese cuisine menu.
Introduce innovative dishes while maintaining authenticity and cultural integrity.
Source high-quality, fresh ingredients to enhance the overall dining experience.
Food Preparation and Cooking:
Execute traditional Chinese cooking techniques with precision and skill.
Oversee the preparation of a variety of dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
Kitchen Management:
Lead and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
Monitor and manage inventory, ordering supplies as necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
Quality Control:
Conduct regular quality checks on all dishes to ensure they meet the restaurant's standards.
Address any issues with food quality promptly and implement corrective actions.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to address customer feedback and make necessary improvements.
Cost Control:
Manage food costs by minimizing waste, optimizing portion sizes, and monitoring inventory.
Contribute to the development of cost-effective recipes without compromising quality.
Customer Interaction:
Occasionally interact with customers to understand their preferences and gather feedback.
Showcase your culinary skills through live cooking demonstrations or special events.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
