Job Description
We're looking for candidates who have an expertise in Chinese & Thai Cuisine. The position is for a restaurant located in the prime location of Gurugram. We have Dine In, Take out and Delivery. Candidate will be taking care of the preparation, cooking, maintaining the same taste & quality. We serve Chinese, Indian, we'll be launching Thai this month.
Some of the duties mentioned :
1. Preparation of Dumplings, Sauces - Chilli Sauce, Schezwan etc.
2. Preparing and delivering the best authentic taste as per the defined quantity.
3. Maintaining proper hygiene, cleanliness.
Some of the dishes we need expertise in - Thukpa, Chop Suey, Dumplings, Appetizers, Khow Suey (If a candidate knows Thai, it's a plus)
