We are a restaurant located in Rotorua, serving Sichuan & Cantonese Chinese cuisine, seeking experienced cooks to work on a full-time basis.

As the successful candidate, you will:
Have relevant 2 years cooking experience
Knowlege of Sichuan & Cantonese cuisine are preferred
Be confident working in a busy kitchen environment
Good communication skills, enjoy working in a team
Be honest and reliable, able to work unsupervised
The tasks will include:
Food preparation and seasoning, work at a fast pace
Cook food to a consistent standard
Preparing dishes for customers with special dietary requirements
Assist with menu planning and developing new dishes
Check the stock and ensure quality, assist with ordering
Preserve the food and freeze them as required
Enforce hygiene regulations and be responsible for health and safety issues
