Job Opening: Chinese Food Chef – Street Food Truck

About Us
We’re launching a dynamic new Chinese–Korean fast food truck, targeting college students and working professionals. Our goal is to serve fresh, flavorful, and youth-friendly Asian street food that’s fast, affordable, and unforgettable.
We're looking for a Chinese Food Chef who’s passionate about street food culture and can deliver bold, authentic Indo-Chinese and classic Chinese dishes with consistency and speed.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare popular Chinese street foods like Hakka noodles, chilli chicken, Manchurian, fried rice, dim sum, etc.
• Create and standardize recipes for efficiency, consistency, and great taste
• Maintain food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety at all times
• Manage kitchen prep work, inventory, and ingredient planning
• Ensure efficient coordination during rush hours
• Assist in training and managing support staff (if any)
• Contribute to menu innovation with seasonal or fusion specials
Requirements
• Proven experience in Chinese or Indo-Chinese cooking (restaurants, cloud kitchens, or food stalls)
• Strong command over sauces, wok-based cooking, and fast-paced prep
• Ability to maintain food quality in compact food truck setups
• Good understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
• Ability to handle high-volume orders during lunch/dinner rush
Bonus if You Have
• Experience in street food or food truck-style kitchens
• Knowledge of vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and egg-based Chinese options
• Culinary certification or formal kitchen training
