Kallangur Chiropractic is a wellness based, family orientated practice that has been serving our local community for over 42years. We strive for exceptional client experience and service whilst providing the best chiropractic care to help our clients reach their full potential.

Role and responsibilities

We seek a highly motivated and mature-minded admin and customer service assistant who will be responsible for all organisational and administration functions within our happy, high energy, busy practice.

Core responsibilities

greeting clients and creating a welcoming first impression

corresponding with clients over the phone and via email

booking appointments

processing payments and receipts

supporting the chiropractors

digital filing and organising of client records

preparing waiting room and adjustment rooms prior to clients arrival

You have experience in administration and are a fast learner

This role offers the opportunity to grow with our practice. While initially starting with 15 hours per week broken into 5 hour shifts, there is potential for additional shifts as our clinic continues to expand and thrive .You would need to be available for at least 2 evening shifts finishing at 8pm. Flexibility to cover other shifts when necessary would be an advantage.
