Job Description
New Patient Assessment Coordination: Assist doctor with assessments and help gather results.
Administrative Duties: Schedule appointments, manage records, and support billing and insurance processes.
Patient Education: Share wellness tips and basic info about chiropractic care and exercises.
Office Maintenance: Keep the clinic clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Qualifications:
A friendly, people-first attitude (non-negotiable)
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Previous experience in a healthcare setting (preferred but not required)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Organized, efficient, and detail oriented
Comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy with basic computer and social media skills
Respect for patient confidentiality (PIPEDA-compliant)
