Full job description
Dominion City Church is a newly established multicultural Kingdom church in Australia, part of a global ministry with a presence in many countries. Our purpose is to raise leaders—kings and priests—who will transform society for good. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Christian drum player to join our worship team, helping us create a worshipful atmosphere during church services and special events.
Responsibilities:
Play drums during worship services, assisting in leading the congregation into a spirit of worship.
Collaborate with worship team members to enhance the quality of our worship music.
Help coach and mentor aspiring drummers within the team, sharing skills and musical knowledge.
Contribute to the musical and spiritual growth of the worship team by being a supportive team player.
Engage with the church family, embodying our values as we grow together.
Requirements:
A passion for worship and a strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Drumming experience in a church or worship setting (preferred).
Willingness to coach and mentor new drummers.
A team-oriented mindset and the ability to communicate effectively with fellow worship team members.
Open to becoming part of the Dominion City Church family and supporting our vision of societal transformation through Kingdom principles.
